这个学期，我们进行了一次军训。在这短短的几天时间里，我们开心过，崩溃过，甚至生气过。

我们从开始说吧，首先，我们练习的是站军姿，我们像一棵棵松树一样站在那里，眼睛死死地盯着前方。不但老师夸我们棒，就连教官都不住地点头。看到这样，我们心里都很得意。可是，训练并未结束，我们一共要做七项内容，每项内容我都忍不住要动一下，最后教官让我在太阳底下罚站，我的心脏像个小松鼠一样跳个不停，心想：如果教官让我站一上午怎么办啊？于是我一动也不动，连大气也不敢出，幸好老师看出了我的努力，让我重新回到了队伍里。到了队伍里，我站得笔直，生怕再被教官拉去罚站。终于，上午的训练结束了。

Not only did the teacher praise us, but even the instructor kept nodding. Seeing this, we are very proud of it. However, the training is not over, we have to do a total of seven items, each of which I can not help but move, and finally the instructor let me stand in the sun, my heart like a little squirrel, thinking: if the instructor let me stand for a morning? So I did not move, not even dare to show the atmosphere, fortunately, the teacher saw my efforts, let me return to the team. When I reached the ranks, I stood upright for fear of being dragged to the penalty station by the instructor. Finally, the morning training was over.
下午我们举行了会操比赛，我们都拼尽了全力，很多同学嗓子都喊哑了，却依然坚持。会操结束后，我们虽然非常疲惫，却非常开心。这就是我们的军训。因为训练而辛苦，因为收获而开心。
In the afternoon, we held a meeting gymnastics competition. We all tried our best. Many of our classmates shouted hoarsely, but they still insisted. After the gymnastics, we were very tired, but very happy. This is our military training. Because of training and hard work, because of the harvest and happy.
