行人与梧桐树
At noon in summer, it is extremely hot. Some passersby are very tired. Having seen a phoenix tree, they go under the tree for a rest.
夏季中午时候，十分炎热，头顶烈日的几个行人疲倦极了，看见一颗梧桐树，便走到树底下，躺在树荫下休息。
Looking up at the tree, they remark to the tree: ‘‘Hey! This tree has not fruit, it is no use. " The tree answers that: " You don’t know what’ good. You are getting my favor, but you say that I am useless without fruit."
他们仰望着宽大的树叶，彼此大发议论："唉，这树呀，不能结果，对人没有什么好处。"树回答说："不知好歹的人们！你们现在正享受着我的恩惠，还说我是不结果的无用之树。"
