牛津小学英语5B  Unit 9  The English Club

一、教学内容:

《义务教育课程标准实验教科书 牛津小学英语》 5B第九单元   第一课时 ( Listen read and say )

二、教学目标:

1、          能正确地听、说、读、写词汇China, UK, Australia, Japan, U.S.A,

       France, French和Japanese。

2、          能正确地听、说、读、写句型

(1)Where are you from?   I’m from…

(2)Do you speak…?   Yes,I do./No,I don’t.

3、          能正确地理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读,初步表演对话。

4、          能运用本课所学语言进行以 “询问国籍,语言”为内容的对话交际。

三、教学重点:

能正确理解、掌握对话内容,并能朗读,初步表演对话。           

四、教学难点:

  能比较流畅地朗读对话,并能在掌握对话的基础上运用本

课语言进行以“询问国籍,语言”为方式的对话交流。

五、课前准备:

  1、教具准备

a、准备若干国家标志的图片

b、六个国家的小国旗若干

c、英语俱乐部的标志牌

d、写好句型的卡纸若干

e、学生小身份卡

2、板书准备

     a、预先写好课题 Unit9 The English Club

     b、把六个国家的图片先贴在黑板上 

六、教学过程:

A、          Free talk

1、  做个Follow me的游戏 (老师以四国语言作为开头

和学生做对话)。

          2、   以What’s your name?How old are you? Do you have any hobbies?等日常用语引出师生或学生之间的自由交谈。

3、          在交流过程中,老师说天气非常好,来到射阳后感

更是高兴,问学生:“Are you happy?”,然后带学生去music club ,引出club这个单词,再和学生唱一首歌,活跃一下课堂气氛。

B、          Presentation and practice

1、   进了music club之后,老师带领学生去她的英语俱乐部,引出本课课题The English Club

           T: What’s my name?

           S1: Your name is Cao XiaoLi.

            T: How old am I?

            S2: You are 25.

            T: Where am I from?(老师用很自然的方式引出本

               课重要句型)

               Where…from?(老师手指课件上的国家一栏,让

               学生初步明白老师问出的句子是什么意思。)[page]分页标题[/page]

S:China.

T: Yes, I am from China. We  learned another five

Country’ names before this class. Can you match

Their names with their flags? (和学生做一个小游戏

巩固一下已学过的国家名称)

T: Now, please take out your cards, this is my name,

Please write down your name,age, and nationality.

(学生填卡)

T: (老师出示型卡)Read after me .where are you from?

S: Where are you from ?

T: To make friends with your classmates.

S: OK.(学生自由做对话)

T: Show me your dialogues.(学生成对做对话)

2.T: I’m from China. So I speak Chinese . Let’s see.

What is Chinese?(放录音,一段中文语言。)

T: Let’s play a game .(“Guessing the language” )

Then please tell me. What

Language is it? (放一段英文音乐)

S: English.

T: (放一段法语录音)Is this English ?

S: No.

T: I will tell you. This is French.

(老师教单词French)

T:(放一段日文歌曲)Is this Chinese?

S:No.(老师教学生单词Japanese)
T: In China, we speak…?

S: Chinese.

T: In the UK ,we speak…?

S: English. (老师导入speak 这个单词,然后请学

生把国家和语言配对)

T: (老师出示句型)

Do you speak …?Yes, I do ./No, I don’t.

            T:(老师和学生做对话)Do you speak…?

            S: Yes, I do ./No, I don’t. I speak…(学生互相做对话)

            T:(老师展示不同国家名人的照片,

把句型Do you speak…?拓展成Does he /she speak? )

Yes, he does ./No ,he doesn’t. Do they speak …?

Yes, they do. /No, they don’t.

3.T: Mr White and his students are in the English Club.

What are they doing? Do they speak Chinese ?

Let’s listen and answer my question. Where is David from?

S: (听完一遍后,学生回答)He’s from the UK.

T: Let’s read the text together.(学生读完后分角色朗读课文)

4.T: Today, I invite six foreigners to come to our English Club. Do you want to ask them some questions ?

Now, discuss with your partners.

And write down your questions.

Then choose one person to ask them.

(学生们分成小组讨论即将要问的问题,然后向各国来宾提问)

5.Homework: Please surf the internet and find more information
