一、 教学目标:
1、听懂、会说、会读并会拼写单词:penfriend, also。
2、听懂、会说、会读词汇:e-mail address, both。
3、听懂、会说、会读日常交际用语:I hope so.
4、初步理解并掌握对话内容,并能简单地复述对话。
二、教学重点、难点:
1、重点:初步理解并掌握对话内容,并能简单地复述对话。
2、难点:学生能熟练地运用已学的句型。
三、教学准备:
多媒体课件、录音机、图字卡
四、教学过程:
Step 1. Organization:
1. Greetings.
2. Free talk.
Step 2. Revision:
1. 学生自由操练C部分句型。教师可与一学生问答引出,再由学生进行。
2. 两位学生合作,教师现场说一物品,如writing paper,请学生快速按照C部分句型编对话,注意所说动作要与所给物品配。
Step 3. Presentation and practise:
1. T: Today Liu Tao is also asking his mother for some writing paper.
What is he going to do? Do you know?
S: (学生通过预习回答) He is going to write a letter.
T: Who is he going to write to?
S: He is going to write to Peter.
T: Why?
S(继续引导学生回答)He would like to be Peter’s penfriend.
出示单词:penfriend
朗读:pen + friend penfriend
2. 让学生整体感知对话。
1). 出示问题:
Q1: Where did Liu Tao know Peter?
Q2: Where does Peter live?
Q3: Does Liu Tao’s mother agree with his idea? (同意他的想法)
2). 播放A部分卡通,让学生边观看边思考以上问题。
3). 看后回答问题。(可作简要回答)
◎ In the newspaper.
◎ He lives in London.
◎ Yes, she does.
3. 学习引言部分。
1). T: Let’s learn the background. Please listen and watch carefully. [page]分页标题[/page]
Then think according to “When”, “Where”, “Who” and “What”.
2). 让学生看引言部分动画。
3). 回答:
When: yesterday afternoon
Where: in the newspaper
Who: Peter
What: want a penfriend in China
4). T: So Liu Tao would like to be his penfriend. He wants to write to Peter.
5). 一起试着将这一部分复述出来。
