2.Recorders(song、chant、test papers)
3.A coat, a fan, a chair.
4.Food and drink.

五、教学过程:
Step 1    Greetings.

Step 2    Songs
 T: Let’s sing an English song. OK?       
 S: OK.(Sing the song “How are you?”)  
 
 Step 3    Free talk and presentation.
T: What do you like? / Do you like…?   
 S: I like… / Yes, I do. / No, I don’t.
 T: How are you?            
 S: Fine, thank you. And you?
 T: Not so good.                    
  S: What’s the matter?
   T: I’m cold.                          
 S: Here’s a coat / jacket for you.
   T: Thank you.
T: I’m happy, now. Tom, are you happy? 
 Tom: Yes, I’m happy, too.
    T: This is my friend, Tom. How are you, Tom?              Tom: Fine, thank you. And you?
 T: I’m fine. Tom, they’re my students.  
 Tom: Nice to meet you, boys and girls.
   S: Nice to meet you, Tom.
(1)  T: What’s the matter, Tom?       Tom: I’m ill, I think..
   T: Why don’t you go to bed?      Tom: OK.
(Practice the next picture)
(2) T: What’s the matter, Tom?            Tom: I’m thirsty.
   T: Come and have some pies.           Tom: All right.
(Practice the next picture)
(Read the sentences: Come and have…  Why don’t you…?
Change the words.)
3. Let’s read the words together.  (Read and spell)
4. T: Oh, Liu Tao is coming. He is my good friend, too.
      Good morning. / What do you like? / How are you?
   Liu Tao: Not so good.
   T: What’s the matter, Liu Tao?               [page]分页标题[/page]
 Liu Tao: Mmm.
5. T: Oh, he is not fine. What’s the matter with Liu Tao?
 Let’s go to Liu Tao’s home and have a look. OK?         S: OK!
 (Listen to the tape, and think about 2 questions. Take your
 papers, listen and circle. Are you ready?)
 
Step 4    Learn and practice
1. T: Now, let’s check the answers. 
2. T: Oh, yes. Liu Tao is thirsty and tired. He wants a glass
 of water and he wants to go to bed.
Look at picture 1
Q1: Who is she / he?      
S: She is Liu Tao’s mother / father.
Q2: Where are they, in the dining room, or in the sitting room?S: In the sitting room.
Q3: What are these? Apples or cakes?         
S: Cakes.
Guess: What are they talking about?      
S: (Guess.)
(2) (Show the sentences.)Read follow it.    
S: (Read.)

3. Picture 3
(1) Guess: what are they talking about?     
S: (Guess.)  (Choose 1 group.)
(2) (Show the sentences.)Read follow it.    
S: (Read.)
4. Picture 4
(1) Guess: What are they talking about? Practice in groups.  (Choose 1 group.)
(2) Read follow the recorder.             
S: (Read.)
5. Open your books, and turn to page 68. Let’s read it
together.
6. Practice in groups. (Choose 2 groups.)

Step 5    Review and rest
1. T: Today, we are talking about feelings and advices.
If you are… you may say…  Understands?
T: Now, let’s have a rest. Let’s chant. OK?  
 S: (Chant.)
Listen and read.
T: Let’s play a game, now!               
 S: OK!
    T: It named “I’ll help you.”
 For example: I’m standing here. And you’re showing your
 feelings, I ask …: What’s the matter? And give … some
 advice. Come and have… or why don’t you…? Understand?
