The governor of Texas announced plans for streaming video surveillance camera footage of the border on the Internet so people could watch the border from home and call in if they see illegals crossing.
It's true. Isn't that amazing?
...I thought of a great idea for this to pay for itself... Most people are looking at porn anyway, right?
So illegals who cross naked are allowed to stay and we charge 2 bucks a minute for viewers.
