我今天演讲主题是如何保持身体健康。如今很多年轻人的身体都不健康，因为他们做太少的运动吃太多的垃圾食品，并且没有足够的睡眠。
If we keep fit，we must keep taking exercises every day .Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.Sleep for about 8 hours a night.Stay away from cigarettes/smoking/drugs毒品.
