1)Apologize and explain the situation, and
2)Suggest a future meeting

情境概括;道歉信，因无法造访教授而道歉，要解释不能赴约原因，并做出新的安排。
第一段：寒暄，表达曾高兴要去拜访，转折表达道歉不能去
第二段：解释不能去的原因，一般是突发事件，比如自己出了事故或者生病
第三段：再次约定拜访事件，并求得谅解。
