Second,you shouldn't eat more junk food.you should eat lots of vegetables and fruit every day. It can not only make you keep in good health, but also can help you study better.
First, you should make some friends from China. They' ll be friendly to you. You shouldn't worried about your study. You should study for happy. I think you should listen to music when you feel stressed out. And you also can do something what you're keen on.
Exerxising is also very important. You'd better do sportswith your friends every day. If you don't like excising, you'll relaxing at home on weekends and excise a hour at least.
